• What we collect: the details you give us. For hiring clients, that is your mobile, email, and the role you need filled. For candidates, your mobile, email, resume and the kind of work you want.
• Why: to contact you about your brief or your work search, and to provide recruitment services. That is the only reason.
• What happens next: we reply by SMS, phone or email. Clients receive our terms first, then a shortlist. Candidates hear from us when a suitable role exists.
• Who sees it: nobody outside Skilled Hiring and the service providers who run our systems. Candidate names are never released to a client before terms are agreed. You can opt out of hearing from us at any time.
